Refurbishing an auto battery eliminates the sulfate from the plates so it can run a lot more efficiently. It doesn't recover the strength of the battery to 100%, yet it does come close. The lead sulfate that has solidified and taken shape, which can't be eliminated by billing, can be removed by one more procedure, called desulfation. This is the mo
